Job summary

Veeva Systems, the leader in Industry Cloud for Life Sciences, seeks a Consultant/Senior Consultant for Site Solutions Professional Services to implement SiteVault and drive customer success. You will be the main liaison between Veeva and key customer stakeholders, guiding design and deployment of site-focused applications while nurturing long-term relationships.

Opportunities are available for the United States with a remote role and a strong preference for Eastern or Central Time; up to 20%

Qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise software implementation experience in life sciences or healthcare.
• Based in North America and eligible to work in the United States.
• Customer-facing consulting experience delivering workshops and gathering requirements.
• Ability to move quickly to understand needs and craft solutions.
• Willingness to travel 10–20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead SiteVault eISF and CTMS implementation aligned with customer goals.
• Build strong relationships with customer decision-makers.
• Support renewal efforts and guide customers through renewal processes.
• Create and maintain automated onboarding using SiteVault free version and HubSpot.
• Lead year-end reviews and collect insights to drive improvements.
• Provide feedback to product teams on customer needs and industry trends.
