Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Consultant/Senior Consultant for Site Solutions Professional Services to implement SiteVault for clinical sites. You will be the main point of contact, drive collaboration with key stakeholders, and ensure long-term customer success.

The role offers remote work within the United States with a strong preference for Eastern or Central Time Zone. 3+ years in life sciences software and travel up to 20% are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise software implementation in Life Sciences or Healthcare.
• Experience delivering consulting engagements or customer success initiatives.
• Ability to rapidly understand requirements and propose practical solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and operate in North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of SiteVault eISF and CTMS aligned with customer goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer decision-makers through regular engagement.
• Support renewal efforts and guide customers through renewal processes.
• Create and manage an automated onboarding experience using SiteVault free version and HubSpot.
• Conduct year-end reviews to assess progress and renewals and capture insights.
• Provide product feedback to inform roadmap and address industry trends.
