Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Site Logistics Superintendent to oversee temporary facilities, campus infrastructure, and site services for major hyperscale data center projects. You will coordinate offices, access, utilities, and vendor activities to ensure safe, efficient operations on site.

The role emphasizes organization, proactive service, and collaboration with Construction Management, Safety, IT, and subcontractors to support project milestones and safety goals.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting construction operations, facilities management, site logistics, or campus operations.
• Experience coordinating vendors, subcontractors, service providers, or support operations in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a focus on customer service and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Manage temporary facilities and site logistics operations supporting large-scale construction projects.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and professional project campus environment.
• Coordinate site services, vendor activities, and temporary infrastructure needs.
• Support project mobilization, ongoing operations, and project demobilization efforts.
• Ensure site logistics activities support project schedules, workforce needs, and operational objectives.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and customer service.
