Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead nationwide data center and critical infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractor performance, and stakeholder relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with safety and quality at the forefront. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of project management or construction experience.
• Experience with large-scale, mission-critical, data center, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and risk mitigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and closeout of data center and infrastructure construction projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, forecasts, contracts, change orders, and financial performance.
• Coordinate activities among customers, subcontractors, suppliers, field operations, and teams.
• Support preconstruction planning, procurement strategies, and execution plans.
• Identify risks and develop practical, cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure safety, quality, and contract compliance in all project activities.
