Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site security operations for a client site. The role emphasizes staffing, training, and contract compliance to deliver reliable service. Candidates need 2+ years in security and supervisory roles; must have a high school diploma and pass licensing tests as required. This is full-time, on-site work with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of security experience and supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass state-required training or licensing as applicable.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving company or client vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security operations including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or as designated by AUS.
• Ensure service quality and contract compliance by inspecting personnel and performance on shifts.
• Handle payroll-related tasks, review incident reports, and assist in security surveys and post orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and make performance-based recommendations.
