Job summary

Securitas Global Clients America is seeking a skilled Security Site Supervisor to manage security personnel at client sites. The role emphasizes supervising officers, coaching staff, and ensuring all post orders and rounds are completed while maintaining high customer service standards.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED with 2 years of related experience; retail experience is a plus. Strong computer skills, communication, and leadership abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years related experience.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience using computers and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers on client site(s) and ensure post orders are followed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions and seek guidance as needed.
• Train officers and review assignment details with the team.
• Assist payroll and personnel information submission as designated.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepare, file and submit reports; inspect posts and outline tasks for subordinates.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide excellent service.
• Carry out supervisory duties per company policies including hiring termination recommendations.
• May perform Security Officer duties as assigned.
