Job summary

Securitas is hiring a Security Site Supervisor to lead Security Officers and other staff at client sites. The role emphasizes enforcing post orders, completing rounds, and timely reporting while maintaining high service quality.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of security experience and 3 years in supervision, with strong customer service and interpersonal skills. This on-site role requires a high school diploma or GED and may involve state license requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and 3 years related security experience.
• May require state/municipal security license(s) as applicable.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers and other personnel on client site(s).
• Ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; meet with employees and document actions.
• Train Officers and review assignments with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel data submission as designated.
• Ensure adequate coverage of posts and positions in coordination with management.
• Prepare, file, and submit reports; inspect posts and outline tasks for subordinates.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality service.
• Perform interviewing, orientation, training, and scheduling duties as assigned; hire/terminate recommendations.
