Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor to oversee Security Officers, Lead Officers, and staff at client sites.

You will ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed, while coordinating with client representatives to meet security requirements and deliver quality service. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of related experience; retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.
• May be licensed as per state and local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel across client posts; ensures post orders are followed and reports filed.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; seeks guidance from management as needed; conducts one-on-one meetings and documents actions.
• Trains Security Officers; reviews post orders and assignment details with team.
• Assists in payroll and personnel information submission to the company.
• Ensures adequate coverage of all posts; prepares and submits required reports.
