Job summary

Required are a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of related experience; retail experience is a plus. The role emphasizes supervision, training, and incident response in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.
• May be required to hold state/local security licenses.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and leads at client site(s) and ensure post orders are followed.
• Coach, discipline and meet with employees; document coaching actions.
• Train officers and review assignments with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submission.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with client representatives to meet security requirements.
