Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in security is required.
• Must be 21+ years of age and pass necessary licensing or training.
• Ability to operate radio/console equipment and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure training and screening requirements are met for personnel.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and performance for contract compliance.
• Assist with payroll, incident reviews, and post orders as needed.
• Provide direction, discipline, and positive/negative actions as supervisor.
