Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an on-site Security Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day security operations at a client site. You will manage staffing, scheduling, and training to ensure contract compliance and high-quality service.

The role requires strong leadership and the ability to coordinate with the client to meet safety standards. Ideal candidates have supervisory security experience, the ability to pass required training, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum one year verifiable supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Be at least 18 years of age, or 21 if armed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the security function on-site, including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and their performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Perform payroll-related tasks, review and maintain incident reports, and assist in security surveys and post orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and make disciplinary or commendation decisions as needed.
