Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to manage on-site security operations for a client site. The role covers staffing, scheduling, training, and quality assurance to meet contract requirements. A valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving history is required, and supervision experience is essential.

Responsibilities include payroll, incident review, security surveys, and post orders administration. Health benefits and 401(k) plans are offered for full-time positions.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the security function on-site, including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and their performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys and post orders.
