Qualifications

• Must be able to pass any required state training or licensing.
• Must pass state licensing test if driving company or client vehicle.
• Minimum of 3 years security supervisory experience or military/law enforcement background.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security functions (staffing, scheduling, training).
• Ensure training and screening requirements for personnel are met.
• Maintain controlled overtime as designated by management.
• Ensure contract compliance and service quality through regular inspections.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, security surveys, and post orders.
• Provide guidance to subordinates and address client requests.
