• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed; file reports.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions and coaching.
• Assist with payroll and personnel information per company guidelines.
• Coordinate coverage for all posts; ensure adequate staffing.
• Prepare and file reports; meet with client representatives as needed.
