Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers and other personnel at client site(s); ensures post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; meets with employees and documents actions.
• Trains Officers; reviews post orders and assignments with subordinates.
• Assists in payroll and personnel information submissions.
• Ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepares and submits various reports; inspects posts and outlines tasks.
