Qualifications

• Must have valid OH driver's license.
• 2+ years of security/supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have strong customer service skills.
• Ability to complete patrols.
• Experience with scheduling and performance management preferred.
• Driver certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and others at client sites; ensure posts follow orders and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions.
• Train Officers; review post orders with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submissions.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepare and submit reports; inspect posts as scheduled.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality customer service.
• Perform supervisory duties: interview, orient, train, assign, direct work, coach, appraise performance, and hire/terminate recommendations.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.
