Job summary

SCIS is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee Security Officers and Lead Officers at client-site locations. The role includes ensuring post orders are followed, supervising staff, coaching and disciplining when needed, and maintaining high levels of safety and customer service.

You will coordinate with management on staffing, assist with payroll and personnel information, and prepare required reports. May also perform Security Officer duties as assigned, following client-specific post orders.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of security-related training or experience, including lead or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Security Officers, Lead Officers and other personnel at client sites; ensures post orders are followed and required reports filed.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; conducts meetings and documents actions.
• Trains security officers; reviews post orders and assignment details with staff.
• Assists in payroll and personnel information submission.
• Ensures adequate post coverage; coordinates with management for scheduling.
• Prepares and submits various reports; conducts post inspections and client meetings.
• Performs supervisory duties per policy; may perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.
