Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum supervisory experience in security (1 year) or higher education.
• Be at least 18 years old (21 for armed, if required).

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security staff, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract training and screening requirements are met.
• Maintain overtime within approved limits.
• Inspect security personnel performance for quality and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and site surveys as needed.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary decisions.
• Respond to client requests and emergency notifications.
