Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed security services at a client site.

You will supervise staffing, scheduling, on-site training, inspections, payroll support, incident reports, post orders, and client communications to ensure contract compliance and high service standards. This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to respond quickly to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass state-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in security.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all security on-site aspects are performed diligently (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and their performance to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and preparation of security surveys and post orders.
• Recommend personnel actions for those under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and provide direction to subordinates.
• Make productivity and cost-reduction recommendations to management.
