Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee security operations at a client site. The role includes managing staffing, scheduling, on-site training, and ensuring contract requirements are met.

The position emphasizes quality assurance, incident reporting, payroll support, and coordinating with the client while supervising security personnel to optimize performance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must be able to pass licensing tests if driving company or client vehicles.
• Minimum supervisory experience in security for 1 year.
• Associate’s degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract training and screening requirements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or designated level.
• Monitor service quality and contract compliance via regular inspections.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys/post orders.
• Recommend personnel actions and respond to client requests.
