Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed security services for a client’s site.

The role requires supervising staff, ensuring training compliance, handling payroll reviews, and maintaining contract standards. A high school diploma and the ability to pass required licensing are essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Must possess one or more of the following: service in active-duty military, reserves, or National Guard; Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets; minimum of one year of supervisory security experience; or an associate's degree or higher.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed).
• Be able to operate radio/console equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Problem solving.
• Active listening.
• Assess and evaluate situations quickly and accurately.
• Compile, sort, interpret data; research and investigate.
• Demonstrate tact and diplomacy.
• Written communication; teamwork; attention to detail.
• Meets basic qualifications for Custom Protection Officer (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security function, including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for all personnel at the site.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to minimal levels as designated by AUS.
• Inspect personnel performance for quality of service and contract compliance.
• Perform payroll review, incident reports, and security surveys as needed.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary decisions.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies per site orders.
• Recommend productivity improvements and cost reductions to management.
• Assist in post orders and security surveys.
