Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site security operations for a client site. The role focuses on staffing, scheduling, training, and ensuring contract compliance while maintaining high quality service.

You will coordinate with client leadership, supervise security personnel, handle incident reporting, and support payroll and post orders. A strong background in security supervision, communication, and problem solving is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Meets basic qualifications for security supervision (e.g., supervisory experience or higher).

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security function including staffing, scheduling, training, and performance of Allied Universal personnel at the site.
• Ensure training and screening elements for security personnel meet contract requirements.
• Maintain overtime at minimal or preset levels.
• Inspect security personnel and their performance to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, security surveys, and post orders.
