Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services at a client site.

The role requires supervising security personnel, ensuring training and licensing compliance, managing overtime, and maintaining contract quality. A strong focus on communication, leadership, and teamwork is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Must possess one or more of the following: service in active-duty military, reserves, National Guard; service in Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets; minimum of one year supervisory experience in security; associate's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed in a diligent manner (staffing, scheduling, on-site training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance.
• Perform other operations and related functions (payroll, incident reports, surveys, post orders).
• Make recommendations for personnel actions for those under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and provide direction to subordinates.
