Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor in Washington, DC. The role oversees on-site security operations, staff scheduling, training, and contract compliance for a client site.

The candidate will manage payroll, incident reporting, and post orders, while directing subordinates and handling disciplinary actions. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, state licensing ability, and at least one year of supervisory security experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Must possess one or more of the following: service in active-duty military, reserves or National Guard; Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets; minimum of one year supervisory experience in security; or an Associate's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or preset requirement.
• Inspect security personnel and performance to ensure quality of service.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Provide direction to subordinates and handle disciplinary decisions.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies as per post orders.
• Identify productivity and cost-reduction opportunities for management.
