Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass state-required training/licensing where applicable.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in security.
• Ability to operate radio/console monitors and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement.
• Inspect service quality and contract compliance during shifts.
• Handle payroll-related tasks and incident report reviews as needed.
• Provide direction and disciplinary recommendations for staff.
