Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in Bowling Green, OH is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee officers and posts, ensure compliance with client requirements, and maintain high service standards.

The role requires 2 years of supervisory experience and 2 years in security, military, or law enforcement, with a valid OH driver’s license and strong customer service skills. College degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years related experience.
• 2 years supervisor experience required.
• 2 years security/military or law enforcement experience required.
• College degree preferred.
• Must have strong customer service skills.
• Must be able to complete patrols.
• Strong technology skills (cell phone/computer).
• Prior security/customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Security Officers and Lead Officers on client posts and ensures compliance with post orders and rounds.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; documents actions and seeks guidance as needed.
• Trains Officers; reviews assignments and post orders with staff.
• Assists in payroll and personnel data submissions.
• Ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepares and submits required reports.
• Inspects posts and outlines tasks to subordinates.
• Meets client representatives to confirm security requirements and service quality.
• Performs supervisory duties including interviewing, orienting, training, and performance appraisals as needed.
• May perform Security Officer duties in line with post orders and policy.
