Job summary

• Minimum 2 years security experience; 2 years supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers and other personnel at one or more client posts; ensure post orders and rounds are followed and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline staff; meet with employees to document actions.
• Train Security Officers; review post orders and assignment details.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submissions.
