Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of related experience (retail preferred), and a valid Ohio driver’s license. Supervisory duties and payroll help may be involved. Strong technology skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.
• Driver certification required; must have a valid Ohio driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel on client posts; ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed; notify authorities and client in emergencies.
• Coach and discipline personnel; conduct meetings and document actions.
• Train Security Officers; review post orders and assignments with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel data submission.
• Ensure adequate coverage for all posts and positions.
• Prepare, file, and submit various reports as required.
• Inspect posts and outline tasks to subordinates.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements and quality service.
