Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Security Supervisor in Ohio to oversee Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites, ensuring post orders are followed and rounds completed.

You will file reports and coordinate with management to address incidents while maintaining high standards of customer service. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with 2 years related experience, plus Ohio driver license and driver certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years related security/customer service experience.
• Driver certification required; Ohio driver license must be valid.
• Supervisory experience preferred (scheduling, payroll, managing staff <10).

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites and ensure post orders and rounds are followed.
• Coach and discipline staff; document coaching actions and performance.
• Train Officers; review post orders and assignments with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submissions as designated.
• Ensure adequate coverage of posts; prepare and submit required reports.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and service quality is maintained.
