Securitas is seeking a Security Site Supervisor in Bowling Green, OH. The role oversees security officers at client sites, ensures adherence to post orders, completes rounds, and files reports. The supervisor coaches staff, conducts training, and coordinates coverage across posts to meet client security requirements.

Required are 2 years of supervisor experience and 2 years security or related field experience; a valid Ohio driver license and strong customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED and 2 years related experience.
• College degree preferred.
• Driver certification with valid OH license.
• 2 years supervisor experience required.
• 2 years security/military/law enforcement experience required.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Ability to complete patrols.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers at client site(s).
• Ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; meet with employees to document actions.
• Train officers; review post orders and assignments.
• Assist in payroll and personnel submissions.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepare and submit various reports.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met.
