Job summary

Strong customer service and technology skills are essential for effective supervision. The role includes scheduling, payroll support, coaching, and performance management to maintain high security standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience.
• Driver certification or Ohio driver license may be required.
• Experience in retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and others; ensure post orders followed and rounds completed; file required reports.
• Coach and discipline personnel; meet with employees to document actions.
• Train Security Officers; review post orders and assignment details with staff.
• Assist in payroll and personnel data submission.
• Ensure adequate coverage of posts and positions; meet client reps as needed.
