Job summary

Allied Universal in Ohio is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee the on-site security function, staff scheduling, training, and quality assurance for a client site. The role focuses on operation, administration, profitability, and adherence to post orders.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or licensing as applicable.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in security or related field or an associate's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security functions, including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for personnel assigned to the site.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or designated level.
• Inspect security personnel performance to ensure quality and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and preparation of security surveys and post orders.
• Recommend personnel actions and respond to client requests.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions as needed.
• Communicate with clients and make emergency notifications per site Post Orders.
• Identify productivity and cost reduction opportunities and propose improvements.
