Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor in West Chester, OH to oversee on-site security operations, staffing, and training to ensure contract compliance and service quality. The role pays $22 per hour and follows a Mon-Fri 6am-2pm schedule.

Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of security experience, pass state training/licensing, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills for daily payroll, incident reports, and post orders.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass any state-required training or licensing for licensing requirements.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security or an associate degree.
• Be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security functions including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract training and screening elements are met.
• Minimize overtime per AUS requirements.
• Inspect personnel and performance for service quality and contract compliance.
• Assist payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Provide direction to subordinates and disciplinary decisions.
