Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage on-site security operations, staffing, training, and client relations at the Waynesboro site. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of law enforcement experience, or 2 years in security supervision, or 3 years in a security role, plus a valid driver's license and access-control experience.

Strong customer service and computer skills are required. Pay is $18.50 per hour, with a 6 AM–2 PM schedule, Monday through Friday, at Allied Universal.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or licensing qualifications.
• Must have one of: prior supervisory security experience; military/police background; or 3+ years in security roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations on-site, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure training and screening elements for personnel meet contract requirements.
• Maintain controlled overtime and monitor contract compliance and service quality.
