Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site security operations for a client site. You will manage staffing, scheduling, training, and contract compliance to deliver reliable security services.

Qualified candidates must have at least one year of security supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass licensing/state requirements. The position pays $25.00 per hour, Monday to Friday, 5pm–12:30am.

Qualifications

• One year of security experience required.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Active duty military, military reserves, National Guard or related qualifications acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security functions including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime at a minimal level as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel performance to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys and post orders.
