Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Site Manager in Ventura, CA to oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned account. You will hire, train, discipline, and manage staff while building strong client and employee relationships and meeting financial and operational goals.

You will also ensure quality customer service and timely payroll processing. The role includes supervising security operations, coordinating staffing, scheduling, and reporting, and delivering on contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Four year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Experience in contract security, facilities management, military, or law enforcement.
• 5+ years of business management/operations/supervisory experience.
• Ability to develop and grow customer relationships.
• Experience hiring, developing, motivating and retaining staff.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team with independent work.
• Payroll, billing and scheduling experience preferred.
• Entrepreneurial attitude within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day security operations of an assigned client site.
• Manage a team of security officers and supervisors including hiring, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching.
• Ensure high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Coordinate support services to meet financial and operational goals.
• Provide after-hours emergency response as required.
• Develop staff through performance management and training.
• Ensure contract reporting and compliance requirements are met.
• Communicate with client and address issues; escalate as needed.
• Maintain site-specific procedures and post orders.
