Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Control Center Watch Commander to oversee daily security operations for a Ventura client site. The role includes managing security staff, scheduling, payroll, training, and ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.

You will build strong client and employee relationships, coordinate support services, and ensure financial and operational goals are met while upholding Allied Universal standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Four year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of business management/operations/supervisory experience.
• Experience in hiring, developing, motivating and retaining quality staff.
• Payroll, billing and scheduling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day security operations of the assigned client site.
• Manage a team of security officers and supervisors including hiring, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching and development.
• Ensure the client site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees.
• Coordinate necessary support services to meet financial and operational goals and provide quality customer service.
• Use WinTeam for scheduling and billing reporting to support business management.
