Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Manager to lead day-to-day security operations for an assigned account in Indiana. You will hire, train, coach and supervise security staff, aim to meet financial and service goals, and ensure compliance with contracts and schedules.

You will coordinate scheduling, payroll, training, and reporting, while maintaining client relationships and delivering high-quality security services to protect people and property.

Qualifications

• Four year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration or related field.
• Previous Contract Security, facilities management, military or law enforcement experience.
• At least 2 years of business management/operations/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day to day security operations of an assigned client site.
• Multiply teams including hiring, scheduling, payroll, training and coaching to support the client site.
• Ensure high quality security services to protect people and property and meet financial goals.
• Develop and maintain client and staff relationships and effective communication.
• Coordinate training and reporting to meet contractor standards and contract requirements.
• Maintain post orders and procedures for emergency reference by staff.
