Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Site Manager in North Carolina to oversee day-to-day operations, staff management, payroll, and client relations. You will lead security officers and site supervisors to meet financial and service goals while maintaining schedules and compliance.

The role emphasizes recruitment, training, performance development, and coordination of support services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration or related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of business management/operations/supervisory experience, depending on client.
• Experience in hiring, developing, motivating and retaining staff; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day security operations of an assigned client site.
• Manage a team of security officers and supervisors including hiring, scheduling and payroll.
• Ensure high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Coordinate support services to meet financial and operational goals.
• Ensure reporting and contract compliance are met; communicate with Client regularly.
• Develop staff through performance management and training.
• Meet all contractual scheduled hours with minimal unbilled overtime.
• Maintain site documentation and post orders for emergency reference.
• Utilize WinTeam for scheduling and billing; generate actionable reports.
