Job summary

Securitas in Wilmer, TX is seeking a Security Site Supervisor to oversee daily site security operations on a Monday–Friday day schedule. You will supervise security officers, ensure adherence to site procedures, maintain strong client relationships, and help create a safe environment for employees and visitors.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage operations and officer performance while upholding high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of security experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations at the assigned site.
• Conduct routine site patrols and enforce policies.
• Maintain a visible security presence to deter incidents.
• Monitor site conditions and report security concerns.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, alarms, and unusual situations.
• Supervise officers and ensure post orders and client requirements are followed.
