Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee the security function at a client site in Texas. You will manage staffing, scheduling, training, and quality assurance, ensuring contract compliance and operational efficiency. A strong background in security leadership and a valid driver’s license are required.

The role emphasizes incident handling, payroll support, and client communication, with opportunities for growth within a dynamic, customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training and licensing where applicable.
• Must have supervisory experience in security and the ability to manage on-site teams.
• Active driver's license and, if required, TSA TWIC credentials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security operations including staffing, scheduling and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain controlled overtime as designated by Allied Universal.
• Inspect security personnel performance to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reporting and security surveys.
• Recommend personnel actions and respond to client requests.
• Provide direction to subordinates and handle disciplinary decisions.
• Suggest productivity and cost-reduction improvements to management.
