Job summary

Securitas in Waltham, MA is seeking a Security Site Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at client sites and supervise officers to ensure safety and professionalism.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and dedication to client satisfaction. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, with a pay rate of $21.75/hour. A High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of security or supervisory experience.
• Must meet all state and local licensing requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Proficient in intermediate computer use and report writing.
• Reliable transportation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers, ensuring all duties are performed in accordance with post orders and company policies.
• Training & Development: Train new and existing staff, review post procedures, and ensure team readiness.
• Scheduling & Coverage: Coordinate shift coverage and ensure all posts are staffed appropriately.
• Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives, addressing concerns and ensuring service excellence.
• Incident Management: Respond to emergencies, conduct investigations, and file detailed reports.
• Performance Management: Coach, discipline, and evaluate staff performance; document actions and elevate as needed.
• Patrolling & Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections and patrols to ensure safety and compliance.
• Administrative Support: Assist with payroll, personnel documentation, and report submissions.
