Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee all security operations at a client site, manage a team of security personnel, and ensure safety and compliance. You will handle staffing, training, incident response, and daily briefings, while liaising with the on-site manager to uphold service quality.

The role emphasizes scheduling, performance monitoring, and continuous training to maintain high standards of security for visitors and employees.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security-related industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed diligently (staffing, scheduling, on-site training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel performance to ensure contract compliance and quality of service.
• Perform payroll-related tasks, incident report reviews, and security surveys.
