Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee security operations at a client site, ensuring a safe environment for visitors and employees. You will manage a team of security personnel, hire and train staff, schedule shifts, and monitor performance.

The role involves responding to incidents, monitoring CCTV, and coordinating with on-site management. A security-focused background with supervisory experience is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any state-required training or licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations at a designated site to ensure a safe environment for visitors and staff.
• Directly manage a team of security personnel, including hiring and training.
• Schedule staff and oversee daily workflow and assignments.
• Monitor performance and conduct daily briefings; accompany guards on patrols as needed.
• Respond to incidents, monitor CCTV and alarms, and conduct regular security patrols.
• Liaise with the on-site manager and staff to provide guidance and receive feedback.
