Clayco is seeking a Site Safety Manager to support project staff and safety teams, ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Local requirements. You will drive a zero-injury culture, conduct weekly inspections, and coach workers on safe practices across multiple projects nationwide.

Responsibilities include establishing safety programs, conducting orientations, leading meetings, and ensuring subcontractors meet safety standards per OSHA and Clayco policies. Travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety or related field with OSHA training.
• OSHA 30-hour construction accreditation (required).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement the project safety program across jobsites.
• Lead jobsite orientations and safety training for workers and subcontractors.
• Conduct weekly safety inspections and document findings with corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents and maintain safety records in accordance with OSHA.
