Job summary

Clayco is hiring a Site Safety Supervisor to support project staff and safety teams. You will develop safety programs, conduct site orientations, lead weekly safety meetings, and promote a zero-injury culture across projects.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in safety, OSHA 30, OSHA 500 a plus, and field experience. Travel nationwide is expected as projects span across the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in safety-related field.
• OSHA 30-hour construction accreditation required.
• OSHA 500 Outreach Trainer a plus.
• Ability to navigate active construction sites safely.
• Ability to conduct safety orientations and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of the project safety program and orientation.
• Conduct regular safety meetings with subcontractors and project staff.
• Perform weekly safety inspections and document findings.
• Investigate incidents and generate proper reports.
• Maintain safety records and ensure compliance with OSHA/Clayco standards.
• Promote a zero-injury safety culture across projects.
