Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking an experienced HSE professional to drive compliance on major projects in the United States. You will coordinate with site teams, contractors, and regulators to ensure safety standards are met and maintained through proactive risk reviews and action tracking.

The role emphasizes hands‑on site presence, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to develop robust HSE procedures while coordinating across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3-10 years’ experience in construction HSE; renewables preferred.
• B.A./B.S. Degree
• CHST, ASP, or CSP
• OSHA 30 Construction, OSHA 500 preferred
• Trained or willing to be trained in first aid/CPR

Responsibilities

• Ensure project site contractors meet contract HSE requirements and applicable laws.
• Represent the company with internal stakeholders, external contractors and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with site and corporate teams to complete HSE tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Complete project level risk reviews and maintain risk assessments.
• Represent company in daily, weekly, and monthly project meetings.
• Develop and maintain project level HSE procedures, presentations, and trackers.
• Review incident investigations, root‑cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Track contractor HSE metrics at assigned project site.
• Conduct HSE observations and self‑assessments at project site.
• Utilize ISNetworld to evaluate contractor HSE performance
