Accenture Construct is seeking a safety-focused professional to lead on-site safety in client projects. You will conduct inspections, review JHAs and SDS, and ensure subcontractors meet safety obligations.

The role involves risk assessments for high‑risk activities and implementing engineering controls in collaboration with engineers and superintendents. You will investigate incidents, maintain detailed logs, and report trends to leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Occupational Health & Safety, Construction Management, or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated expertise in EPA standards (OSHA plus), OSHA 500 (Authorized Outreach Trainer) or OSHA 510 and Safety or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly safety inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA, local, and company standards.
• Review and update Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Lead risk assessments for high‑risk activities and enforce control measures.
• Collaborate with engineers and superintendents to implement engineering controls.
• Investigate incidents, maintain logs, and report findings to leadership and regulators.
