Job summary

IES Residential Inc. is seeking a Safety Coordinator to support safety programs, inspections, and compliance across multiple sites. You will assist training efforts, incident investigations, and documentation to promote a safe workplace.

Minimum education is a high school diploma with 4–6 years of safety-related experience; bilingual abilities and OSHA knowledge are a plus. This is an on-site role in Las Vegas, NV requiring travel to job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s in safety or related field preferred.
• Experience in safety coordination, compliance, construction, or field operations preferred.
• Relevant industry certifications/licenses preferred where necessary.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily safety operations across locations and job sites.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and field observations to ensure OSHA compliance.
• Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Support enforcement of safety policies and training programs.
• Maintain safety records and inspection documentation.
