Job summary

IES is seeking a Safety Coordinator to implement, administer, and coordinate safety policies and programs on the assigned project. Responsibilities include safety training, site inspections, root-cause investigations, and maintaining safety records in compliance with OSHA and state standards.

EMT or higher credentials are strongly preferred, and the incumbent will liaise with management and operations to reduce hazards and incidents across the division.

Qualifications

• EMT or higher credentials preferred.
• Experience with construction safety practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain safety policies and programs.
• Deliver safety trainings and orientations.
• Conduct safety audits and root cause investigations.
• Prepare safety reports and incident summaries.
• Coordinate with site management and stakeholders.
